If you find the same item for a lower price at another online-store (internet-auctions like Ebay or others are excluded), you will receive the product from us for the same price. We will, however, charge the same postage-costs as you would have to pay in the other online-shop.
The charges of the freight costs will of course not be effected per BestPrice-item, but only per delivery. That means: You pay the actually occuring freight costs of the competing company. This is how it works:

If you send us an e-mail with a BestPrice-inquiry parallel to your order or after having placed your order, this BestPrice-inquiry cannot be taken into consideration.
