Increased Bearing Lifetime

The integration of the bearing into the threaded ring allows the bearing distance to be maximized. The increased distance further supports the axis, which results in less deflection of the axle and thus protects the bearings and increases their lifetime.

Faster Full Engagement and less wear

The previous system required two conical springs to ensure proper alignment of the two ratchets. The fixed connection of the inner ratchet of the RATCHET EXP with the hub shell allows to use only one cylindrical spring, to ensure proper alignment of the moving ratchet. This results in faster full engagement and eventually reduces wear

Incorporated Notch

Featuring an incorporated notch, the newly developed shape of the endcaps simplifies disassembly significantly and therefore makes the maintenance even easier.

The GX2530 is a gravel rim that meets all demands. It has been designed for adventurous cyclists who ride on various surfaces. Whether on asphalt, gravel roads, or simple trails - this rim excels at it all. Thanks to the wide, hookless bead design, it is optimally protected against pinch flats and ensures a safe riding experience off-road. Its special carbon construction makes it the most robust gravel rim in its weight class. With its lightweight and corresponding moment of inertia, it allows for an acceleration that is unparalleled. The asymmetric rim design enables stiffer, more stable, and more reliable wheels. The identical spoke angles on the drive and non-drive sides result in even spoke tension.The Tubeless Ready design allows for easy tubeless setup and ensures a perfect fit for the tire. The wheelset has been built with premium DT Swiss Aerolite flat spokes and Prolock aluminum nipples, which not only contribute to an excellent weight but also give this set a distinct look.

Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Ich habe die Standard-Alu-Felgen meines Gravelbikes durch die DT 240 Gravel 25 ersetzt. Fährt sich das Rad jetzt schneller? Subjektiv habe ich zwar das Gefühl, dass es schneller ist, aber die objektiven Messungen deuten auf einen eher minimalen Unterschied hin. Dennoch merkt man beim Anfahren die Gewichtsreduktion deutlich, und das subjektive Empfinden von Geschwindigkeit zählt ebenfalls.

Ein klarer Vorteil sind zum einen die ansprechende Optik und zum anderen die hohe Qualität der Felgen, die das Tubeless-Setup äußerst unkompliziert ermöglichen. Ich habe meine neuen Reifen montiert, und selbst ohne Dichtmilch hielten sie sofort Luft – in diesem Moment war ich endgültig von den Felgen begeistert. Sie haben bereits über tausend Kilometer auf zum Teil sehr anspruchsvollem Terrain problemlos überstanden. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.
