The Fun Works Track Mack 30 Wheelset has been specially developed for demanding enduro and freeride riders. It combines maximum durability with high performance - perfect for any terrain and every challenge.

Hub Specifications

Reinforced Hub Shell

The hub shell was first forged and then CNC-machined to achieve higher stiffness and durability.

The hub flanges have been reinforced and angled inward to match the spoke angle. With a double-cross spoke pattern, the outer spokes lie on the flange and are not bent as sharply over the flange as with straight flanges.

This significantly minimizes spoke settling and reduces the forces on the flange.

Increased Bearing Lifespan

The Turbo hubs feature an increased bearing spacing and improved stiffness.

The wider bearing spacing stabilizes the axle, reduces its bending, and thus protects the bearings, extending their lifespan.

Highest Reliability

The CSPS (Coil Spring Pawl System) provides outstanding reliability. In the freehub, six robust, oversized pawls with a diameter of 5 mm are used, which are pushed outward by coil springs to ensure optimal engagement pressure on the ratchet ring.

The reinforced ratchet ring is designed to withstand high pressure and offers a long service life.

Faster Pawl Engagement and Reduced Wear

The freehub with six offset pawls ensures that three pawls are always engaged simultaneously.

This allows a total of 96 engagement points, ensuring optimal power and speed transfer while riding.

The resulting minimal engagement angle of only 3.75 degrees provides the ideal balance between responsiveness and low friction, leading to turbo-fast acceleration.

Built-in Notch in the End Caps

The newly designed end caps feature an integrated notch that significantly simplifies disassembly and maintenance of the hubs.

Easy Compatibility with Various Axle and Freehub Systems

The end caps and freehub can be replaced as usual without special tools by simply pulling them off, ensuring high compatibility with different axle and freehub systems.
