Maximum durability & direct power transfer

The Fun Works Turbo Hub E-Bike Edition sets new standards for stiffness and longevity with its forged, CNC-machined hub shell and reinforced, optimally angled flanges. Thanks to the increased bearing spacing and enormous axle stability, the bearings are optimally protected and achieve a significantly longer service life - ideal for the high stresses of E-bike use.

Precise ride feel thanks to steel freehub & 48 engagement points

The steel freehub body, specially developed for E-bikes, withstands even the highest drive and braking forces, prevents cassette notching, and guarantees maximum reliability. The innovative CSPS (Coil Spring Pawl System) with four oversized pawls, combined with the finely tuned 48-tooth ratchet, delivers an extremely short engagement angle of just 7.5°. The result: an especially direct response and optimal power transfer - noticeable when starting, in technical sections, and on demanding trails.

Practical & compatible

Tool-free, interchangeable end caps and freehubs allow for quick adaptation to different axle and freehub systems. An integrated notch in the end caps makes hub maintenance and removal easier.

Rim for the highest demands - now even more versatile

The Fun Works Track Mack rim was developed for the toughest gravity and freeride use. Reinforced sidewalls, a generous 30 mm internal width, and the innovative New Era Alloy ensure maximum stability with minimal weight.

The highlight: The rim can be used in your gravity or freeride bike up to a maximum system weight of 130 kg - making it perfect for challenging trails, jumps, and hard landings. In E-bike use, it offers even more reserves: For XC to all-mountain use, it is even approved for system weights up to 150 kg.

The tubeless ready design makes tire changes easier and guarantees a secure fit - for full control and riding fun on every adventure.
