The SDURO e-mountain bikes are the perfect introduction to the world of e-mountain bikes. It opens the world of sporty, innovative e-performance bikes to a wider range of drivers than ever before.
The SDURO Fullnine series differs from the Hardnine series in its spring-loaded rear suspension. The higher traction makes driving on trails more comfortable and safer.
The SDURO Fullnine 9.0 is the ideal choice for tours in easy to mid-range terrain with occasional trails. Due to the strong Yamaha drive and an 11-speed Shimano XT circuit, mountains are no longer an insurmountable task. The 500 Wh Bosch battery allows extensive exits. In addition, the battery, which is fully integrated into the lower tube, gives the e-bike an elegant appearance. The large 29 "wheels ensure an extremely smooth running, while in the downhills the hydraulic disc brakes and the 100mm Rockshox suspension fork provide the necessary safety and a lot of driving fun!

The Haibike SkidPlate
Especially with eMTBs, attachments or rockfalls that can seriously damage the deep-seated engine are part of everyday life. For this reason, we were the first manufacturer in the world to introduce the SkidPlate in 2012, a protective element that effectively protects the engine from below. Here we follow the concept of a so-called "victim component": Similar to a helmet, it degrades by deformation or destruction those impact forces that would otherwise damage the much more expensive engine. For this reason, we also use a special, impact-resistant plastic. This can on the one hand derive good forces and remains on the other hand, even with great deformation dimensionally stable. Because unlike metal, which would bend permanently, plastic returns to its original state. The production in the paint color perfectly conceals scratches and damage. If necessary, the SkidPlate can be exchanged easily and inexpensively.
The Haibike IntegratedMotor concept
The engine is the technological core and the visual essence of an eBike. Thanks to the GravityCasting interface, we can rebuild the engine as close as possible and dispense with all separate retaining plates. This reduces the installation space to a minimum and reduces the optical volume of the engine to a fraction. As a protective component, the SkidPlate is not only sensible from a technical point of view, it also optically encloses the engine. This visually becomes part of the frame. The result is a technically perfectly tethered engine, which is not, as in its standard solution, a foreign component, but rather a natural center of the ePerformance bike.
The Haibike SES system
The Bosch engine presents two challenges to engineers when developing a high-performance chassis: its size and its extremely small drive pinion. Because actually the rear storage would have to be close to the contact point of the chain on the pinion. Due to the small size of the storage would thus run directly through the engine, which is of course impossible. Therefore, we have developed a simple but efficient concept: the Haibike Sprocket Equalizing System (S.E.S). First, we move the rear bearing upwards. On the one hand we achieve a correct wheel lift curve (the wheel moves away from the obstacle) and on the other hand the shortest possible wheelbase (because the bearing point is not between the engine and the rear wheel).

The new Bosch PowerTube battery offers a high degree of integration, beauty of form and functionality and is available in many of our models.
The Modular Rail System (MRS)
Our patented MRS makes it possible to attach various accessories quickly and easily to the bike. An attachment rail is integrated at the top of the down tube, in which, for example, a drinking bottle or bag can be mounted at a freely selectable position. Thus, you have all the utensils you need during a ride, always within reach. We use the FidLock Magnetic Fastening System, which provides secure hold and ease of use, and can be mounted on very small frames thanks to its minimalist design. With just a few simple steps, an additional battery (TheRangeExtender) can be installed, allowing for a much longer range.
The Haibike GravitCasting Interface
It is the heart of the frame: the engine interface. It combines many elementary important functions such as engine mount, swingarm and damper mounting as well as the positive connection of the battery and downtube. And the more stable the interface, the more stable the entire frame. Therefore, since 2010 we have been using a casting process from motorcycle construction, the so-called gravity casting process. Negative forms of pressed sand are stored in large molds, which are swiveled after pouring with an aluminum-zinc alloy into different, precisely calculated axes. Due to gravity, a uniform wall thickness of the casting is achieved. With the help of the method, extremely stable components can be produced, which are individually subjected to a complex X-ray inspection of the casting quality. A subsequent computer-controlled reworking allows a constant precision.
The Bosch Performance CX drive
The Bosch Performance CX has been optimized for sports performance. The engine supplies a constant maximum torque of up to 75 Nm up to a high speed range. In addition, it has the "Direct Flow" technique, which guarantees a powerful support in the lower cadences from 20 rpm. The Trail Control offers a dynamic power control, in which the driver can always choose the right level of assistance (from 50-300%) and thus set the perfect balance for off-road. The gear change control allows chain-saving gear changes.
The Bosch Purion display
The new compact display is a combination of remote control and display. Positioned on the left side of the handlebar, it provides the most important information via a small, easy-to-read display. Its compactness and position make it ideal for more extreme ePerformance bikes, where riders want a down-to-earth but well-protected display. Directly at the Purion also the controlling of the most important functions takes place, like the choice of the support levels (Off, Eco, Tour, eMTB / Sport, Turbo) or the switching on and off of the light. Likewise, a pushing aid can be activated, which drives the eBike up to 6 km / h. The Purion displays the current speed, the day trip and the total kilometers of the eBike. The remaining range display shows how high the remaining range is. Illumination in the display ensures good readability even in all lighting conditions.
