Product information "Syncros Tofino V 1.5 Titan Cut-Out"

The Tofino V is our road bike oriented saddle and part of our V Concept saddle range.

This was developed for riders who are more active, especially in the hip and lumbar spine area, and who like to drive in a more aggressive, aerodynamic style. You look like a V on the wheel, hence the name. These riders tend to sit closer to the front of the saddle, with this position aided by the pubic bones.

The rider position is generally lower and requires a slightly different saddle shape. The 1.5 version features titanium rails for ultimate seating comfort. The cut-out version is intended for riders who are more sensitive in the pubic symphysis area. Generally, these riders have the pelvis tilted slightly forward and sit more in the middle of the saddle and on the nose of the saddle.

The recess distributes the weight from the bones evenly to both sides instead of the middle. Developed in collaboration with internationally renowned bike fitting company gebioMized, the saddle was designed to be the most customizable bike fitting solution possible for a mass-produced saddle.
